As a wireless alternative to the Customer Request Kiosk, CVPS has developed
a telephone dial-up request interface for the ultimate in customer convenience.
With this feature, the departing customer may use a telephone (land-line or
cellular) to request his/her vehicle. It works by dialing up the telephone number
listed on the valet parking ticket and entering the ticket number (or monthly
account number). The system then sends the vehicle request to the valet station
electronically. The valet does not have to answer the phone and the guest does
not have to wait for the phone to be answered. Convenient, subtle and efficient.
