One of our most popular system modules is the digital camera interface.
For high-volume environments that incur a fair amount of claims, this system
provides you with the look-up tools to determine the origin of damage quickly
and with some certainty.
- Pre-existing damage assessment
- License Plate Recognition
- Valet driver identification
- Missing key prevention
- Instant jpeg image recall
- Search by date/time/make/name
- Damage report generator
- Risk management process file
4-6-8 Camera Systems
CVPS can connect up to 8 digital cameras to its processor board, which
is able to take all 8 shots in just under 2 seconds.

Digital
Gate Kiosks are the readers that the valet attendants utilize to trigger the
digital camera process. The reader is generally set up in combination with a
barrier gate for access control. The valet attendant is required to scan his/her
bar-coded employee I.D. badge followed by the valet parking ticket. If the I.D.
is valid, the system triggers the cameras and links the digital images to the
ticket number, attendant who parked the vehicle and the date/time infoavailable
for immediate look-up. Upon completing this tasks, the system then vends the
gate so the valet may proceed. Taking the six pictures takes 1.8 seconds, while
the whole process is right around 5 seconds total. Enough to process over 500
cars per hoursufficient for most high-volume environments. The kiosk can also print out the next 'front' (vehicle request) upon demand, greatly redusing redundant valet attendant movement.
