Originally developed for the shopping center environment, CPVS continues to
be an important service enhancement from the operational and customer service
perspective. Cross-retrievals(customer drops car of at one location and is able
to retrieve it from another), customer loyalty programs (anchor stores) and
customer recognition are some of the most important features in this competitive
environment.
- Cross retrievals
- Multiple retrieval points
- Customer request kiosks
- Productivity graphing
- Dial-up request module
- Digital camera module
- Hand-held technology
- Service module
- All-time history
The perfect scenario

A customer approaches the entrance. The valet enters the vehicle license plate
into the hand-held PC and recalls previous visit information instantly. The
doors are opened upon arrival and the customer is greeted by name. Six digital
shots are taken of the vehicle just prior to entering the parking facility (claims
prevention). Date, time, valet driver, ticket # and the six images are stored
in the database for immediate look-up. To request a vehicle, the guest may scan
the ticket at the request kiosk located in the lobby or use any telephone to
access the ultra-convenient dial-up request module. Customer belonging to a
shopper club may easily be tracked and treated with priority consideration.
A small window decal and bar-coded key-tag can be used to identify the VIP customer
using hand-held PC technology. Customer has the option to retrieve the vehicle
from a location other than the one it was originally dropped off at. Ultra Convenient!
