95% of all issues can generally be resolved by the user with basic Windows
operating system knowledge. Plug and play network peripherals further simplify
hardware warranty support, allowing for easy swap-outs in most scenarios.
Training & Start-up Support
To ensure proper system implementation, CVPS will hold several on-site training
sessions and assist with the start up phase until the operator is comfortable.
Depending on the size of the system, this period generally lasts from six hours
to three days.
30 Day unlimited Phone Support
Once the trainer and on-site support technician leaves the site, CVPS provides
unlimited telephone support for the first 30 days following the installation.

Preventative Maintenance & Free Upgrades
This optional (but highly recommended) package is designed to optimize system
performance through preventative care maintenance and scheduled archiving. In
addition, the operator will receive free software upgrades as they become availablewhich
happens at least twice a year.
Help Desk Support & Custom Programming
Above and beyond the different start-up and support services bundled with the
system sale, CVPS provides help desk support and custom programming at industry
standard competitive rates.
National Support Providers
For the ultimate comfort level, CVPS has relationships with several parking
and security equipment installation and support firms. They are CVPS certified
and qualified to assist with warranty hardware support, troubleshooting and
additional training.
